Mon, from Brisbane, posted a short TikTok video with her 142,000 followers and made a circular toasted sandwich by removing the crust.
The sandwich was filled with sliced avocado pieces and grated cheese, and the crust was then removed using a tea mug to join the sliced bread together.
The easy meal would be ideal for those who are time poor in the morning.
