England captain Harry Kane has vowed to ‘give it everything’ against Ukraine tomorrow in tribute to a fan who died celebrating his goal against Germany.
The striker said the national side would do their best for the rest of the Euros for supporters like Charlie Naughton.
Mr Naughton collapsed while watching the match with his friends and family in The Crown in Cowley, west London, at 6.45pm on Tuesday.
Paramedics worked on the 29-year-old for three hours but were unable to revive the Chelsea fan.

Kane tweeted: ‘I’m so sorry to hear about Charlie passing away – my thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends.
‘We will give it everything tomorrow and for the rest of the tournament for fans like Charlie. RIP Charlie Naughton.’
England stars Reece James and Mason Mount also paid their respect to the Chelsea fan from Hayes, west London.
James posted on Twitter: ‘Rest in peace Charlie. KTBFFH [Keep the blue flag flying high],’ while Mount quoted the Tweet with a blue heart emoji and a white dove.
His post also included a tribute which called for Three Lions fans to raise a glass in his memory on Saturday during the quarter final against Ukraine.

It read: ‘Our darling boy Charlie was suddenly taken from us on Tuesday 29th June 2021 as Harry Kane scored the 2nd goal for England.
‘He was watching the football in his local pub surrounded by family and friends when he suddenly collapsed.
‘The emergency services worked tirelessly for three hours to save him but our boy Charlie sadly passed away.
‘Charlie had just turned 29 years old and was a passionate supporter of his club and country – Chelsea and England.
‘This poignant moment in British history that will be remembered by all but for all of Charlie’s family and friends this will be the most devastating time of their lives.
‘As you support and celebrate England through their journey at the Euro’s 2021 please raise a glass to our Charlie.
‘With a blue heart and the three lions on his chest. R.I.P Charlie Naughton. Keep the blue flag flying high. 28/05/1992 – 29/06/2021.’
The tribute was shared by Mr Naughton’s sister Dollie, who called for people to turn Facebook blue in his memory.
She wrote on Facebook: ‘My darling brother Charlie. Words can’t explain the pain we are all in right now, you truly are one in a million. Always us four against the world.
‘They really do take the best cos u sure was char. Sleep tight my angel, I’ll love you forever and I’ll see you again one day.’
