Raheem Sterling is stalling on a new Manchester City contract, according to a report, but the Premier League champions have no plans of selling the England star, even if they end up signing Jack Grealish.
Sterling missed a chunk of last season after falling out of favour with Pep Guardiola during a slide in form before returning to the fold for the final stretch of the season as he started in the Champions League final defeat by Chelsea.
City are still keen on tying the 26-year-old to a new deal, according to The Sun, although talks are currently on hold after initial discussions during the last campaign.

The Premier League champions are said to be relaxed about the situation, however, as Sterling still has two more years left on his £300,000 per week deal.
Despite his inconsistent form last season, when he scored only 10 Premier League goals in his worst showing in front of goal in four years, Sterling is at the peak of his career.
He had a superb Euro 2020 campaign, scoring three goals and playing a starring role in England’s run to the final.
City still value Sterling highly, the report added, and are intent on keeping hold of him even if they splash the cash this summer to sign his England team-mates Jack Grealish and Harry Kane.

Kane is City’s top transfer target this summer as they look to fill the void left by all-time top scorer Sergio Aguero, even though Tottenham are going to demand a huge fee for the England captain, in the region of £160million.
They are also keen to sign Grealish from Aston Villa, but see a future where the midfielder, Sterling and Kane could all play in the same team without draining the club’s finances.
City are expected to hand John Stones a new contract, added the report in The Sun.
The centre-back is due to renew his £175,000-per-week deal, which expires next year, when he returns to training from holiday.
